Why do patients choose Smile Designer Leesburg?
"Looking for a dentist in Leesburg? Look no further!"
Great experience at Smile Designers. Felt entirely confident and reassured in the hands of Dr. Han and his assistant. Not unimportantly, being terrified of needles: Dr. Han is the best with syringes that I have ever experienced. I barely felt it! And Kim, at the front desk, is delightful. Catherine Roseberry

The folks are more efficient than any dentist office I've been too in the past and I've been to quite a few. Friendly, helpful, and honest. Exactly what my wife and I were looking for!

CEREC technology has revolutionized restorative dentistry.
CEREC provides patients with a custom-made dental crown in a single appointment. Unlike traditional crown treatment, CEREC eliminates the need for a temporary crown. Skipping the temporary crown step is not only more convenient but provides better protection for your tooth.
After performing your root canal or other restorative procedure, the dentist takes digital scans of your teeth. We can design your dental crown before your very eyes using the innovative CAM/CAD software (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing). Our in-house CEREC milling machine will then craft your crown in under an hour, allowing you to complete your dental treatment in one office visit.

Don't put off dental treatment...
We Strive to Save You Time and Money With Accessible Dental Care
If you suspect you may need a root canal and a dental crown, it is best to schedule an appointment with the dentist as soon as possible. Unchecked dental problems may become more complicated (and more expensive) as time goes by. In some cases, the difference between saving a tooth and losing a tooth is just a few months.
We believe the cost of treatment should never get in the way of your oral health and offer flexible payment options to make dental work more affordable. In addition to accepting most major dental insurances, we offer in-house financing and take third-party health financing plans from CareCredit®.

1. Practice good oral hygiene
Brush your teeth twice daily and floss on a regular basis, making sure to take special care around the crown. Visit the dentist on a bi-annual basis for a check-up and thorough cleaning to protect the integrity of your restoration.
2. Be careful what you chew
While porcelain is an extremely sturdy material, it is possible to dislodge or crack your crown by eating excessively hard and sticky foods. Avoid chewing ice or opening packages with your teeth, especially if you are wearing a temporary crown since it is less durable than a permanent crown.3. Minimize substances that cause stains
Crowns made of porcelain are stain-resistant, but your natural enamel on surrounding teeth is still prone to becoming discolored. To keep your smile a consistent shade, minimize darkly colored foods and beverages that are known to stain teeth, and ask the dentist about whitening treatments.
